Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; verify quantities and condition.
- Operate RF scanners to track inventory and update the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload goods using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas; adhere to OSHA and company safety policies.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with regular inventory reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
- Assist with shipping documentation and label accuracy.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and data entry; familiarity with WMS.
- Attention to detail and strong organization; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings or weekends as needed.
