NovaLogistics Solutions is expanding our Chicago distribution center. We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping operations.

Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy against packing lists.
- Accurately put away inventory in designated locations to optimize accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in accordance with safety guidelines (certification preferred).
- Review orders in the WMS, confirm quantities, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; report hazards immediately.
- Participate in cycle counts and periodic inventory reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve receiving, storage, and shipping processes.
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience (entry-level candidates considered with relevant training).
- Forklift certification preferred; ability to obtain certification if not already certified.
- Basic math, data entry, and computer skills; experience with RF scanners or WMS is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a proven team player with good communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics training a plus.
