Responsibility
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks following safety procedures
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Load outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Document discrepancies and communicate with supervisors promptly
- Assist with inventory control audits and warehouse improvements
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent training in inventory control
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency with RF scanners and basic warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail, safety minded, and team oriented
- Excellent time management and communication skills
