As a Warehouse Associate, you will handle goods from receipt to shipment, maintain accurate inventory records, and support a high-volume operation with a focus on accuracy and safety.
Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; verify counts and condition
- Pick, pack, and label orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift or pallet jack) as certified
- Maintain accurate inventory using RF scanners and ERP/WMS systems
- Prepare orders for shipping and stage items for loading
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment; follow safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of warehousing or distribution experience
- Experience with RF scanning and basic inventory software
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
- Good communication skills and ability to follow safety procedures
