As part of our warehouse crew, you will play a key role ensuring accurate receiving, storage, packing, and shipping of goods for our clients. We value reliability, precision, and collaboration to keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming goods according to protocol.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with attention to accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklift and pallet jack following safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Prepare goods for outbound shipments and coordinate loading with carriers.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to improve processes.
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED; additional training in warehousing is a plus.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred; willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills; familiarity with WMS or ERP systems.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain; certification preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; strong organizational skills.
- Reliable, with good communication and teamwork skills; flexible to shift needs.
