Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory with accuracy and traceability
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment ensuring correct SKU and quantity
- Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and in accordance with training
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces following 5S principles
- Process shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers for timely deliveries
- Record all transactions in the Warehouse Management System using handheld scanners
Qualification
- 1+ year warehouse experience in a fast paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System; SAP or Oracle a plus
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours or longer
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with good time management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Safety-conscious with knowledge of OSHA guidelines
