As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a key member of our distribution center, handling inbound/outbound goods, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy. We provide comprehensive training, room for advancement, and a culture that rewards reliability and initiative.
Responsibility
- Receive, unload, verify, and stage incoming shipments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping according to carrier requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts where certified) to move materials safely.
- Perform cycle counts and participate in inventory reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in compliance with safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Document transactions accurately in the WMS/SAP system; report discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and staging orders for loading
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/move for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS/SAP or similar inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork orientation.
- Safety-first mindset with knowledge of OSHA guidelines and PPE usage.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jack); forklift certification is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
