Responsibility
- Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming goods using RF scanners and a warehouse management system (WMS).
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently for shipping, ensuring correct product, quantity, and lot/batch information.
- Prepare pallets for shipment, secure loads, and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) following safety guidelines.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe work area; participate in regular cycle counts and inventory accuracy reviews.
- Assist in cycle counts and discrepancy investigations; report variances to supervisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (receiving, inventory, and shipping) to meet daily goals.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures; participate in ongoing training.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred.
- 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate RF scanners and basic warehouse software; familiarity with WMS is a plus.
- Forklift certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; safety-conscious with a positive attitude.
