Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and organize inbound shipments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for outbound shipping using RF scanners and barcodes.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts or pallet jacks) following safety procedures (certification preferred or willing to obtain).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace; comply with all safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and ensure on-time loading and documentation.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments and staging products for processing.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with RF scanners, WMS/ERP systems, and basic computer literacy; experience with palletized shipments.
- Reliable team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified; motivation to learn and grow.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards; ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
