Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Accurately store and organize inventory using the warehouse management system (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Pick and pack orders, ensuring accuracy and product integrity.
- Prepare items for shipping, label correctly, and coordinate with carriers.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks and forklifts where certified.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area and comply with safety procedures.
- Contribute to cycle counts and inventory reconciliation; report discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus.
- 1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic mathematical and reading skills; detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
- Experience with WMS and RF scanning systems is a plus.
- Forklift certification is preferred or willingness to obtain; training provided.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
