Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods with accuracy and safety.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and WMS.
- Operate forklift and pallet jacks (certified) to move goods efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspace adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and ensure timely deliveries.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification preferred.
- 1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication; basic computer skills.
- Safety-first mindset and adherence to PPE requirements.
