Atlas Warehousing Solutions is hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our modern distribution center in Dallas, TX. Responsibility
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify quantities and SKUs against purchase orders.
- Scan barcodes, update inventory in the WMS, and assist with cycle counts.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload goods from trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (certification required where applicable).
- Maintain clean, organized packing and staging areas; report any hazards promptly.
- Collaborate with receiving, inventory control, and shipping teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with quarterly audits.
- Adhere to safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures at all times.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional warehousing training is a plus.
- 1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills; experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification if required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including occasional overtime or weekend hours.
