In this role, you will be a key part of our warehousing team, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to support our customers’ needs.

What you'll do:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods ensuring correct quantities and condition.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, and forklifts if certified) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory using our WMS/SAP system and conduct cycle counts.
  • Assist with loading/unloading shipments and staging items for transportation.
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet daily shipping deadlines and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document and report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or process inefficiencies promptly.

Responsibility

Qualification

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of warehousing or distribution center experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment; forklift certification is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills; basic computer literacy.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Safety-conscious mindset; familiarity with DOT/OSHA guidelines preferred.
  • Team player with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
