As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will manage daily activities in picking, packing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining accurate stock levels and robust data in our ERP/WMS system. You will collaborate with customer service, procurement, and transportation partners to resolve issues quickly and keep customers informed of order status. Your proactive mindset will help optimise warehouse processes, improve inventory control, and support timely order fulfilment. Responsibility
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate order processing and on-time shipments.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers; prepare shipping documents and labels.
- Serve as liaison between warehouse, customer service, procurement, and logistics partners to resolve issues quickly.
- Track orders in the ERP/WMS system, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates.
- Maintain organized storage, labeling, and safety standards; contribute to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Generate regular inventory and performance reports; identify process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
Qualification
- Diploma or relevant certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience; fresh graduates with internships are welcome.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; customer-focused mindset.
- Eligible to work in Singapore (local candidate preferred).
