Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Driver to join our logistics team in Mandaluyong City. This role is essential for moving goods safely and efficiently between warehouses and customer sites. The successful candidate will operate a closed van or motorcycle, maintain vehicles, and support warehouse operations to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
As a Warehouse Driver you will contribute to our commitment to reliability, safety, and excellent customer service. You will combine practical driving skills with basic mechanical knowledge, strong time management, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
In this role you will:
- Safely operate the assigned vehicle (closed van or motorcycle) to transport goods to warehouses, stores, and customers according to schedules.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report issues promptly; keep the vehicle clean and well maintained.
- Load, secure, and unload goods carefully; ensure proper handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance needs.
- Follow planned routes and traffic regulations; use efficient routes when appropriate to meet delivery windows while prioritizing safety.
- Coordinate with dispatch to communicate route changes, delays, and any incidents; provide timely updates on delivery status.
- Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, including receiving, staging, inventory checks, and order fulfillment.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients and warehouse staff.

Qualification
- Valid driver's license for light vehicles and motorcycles in the Philippines.
- Clean driving record; at least 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Mandaluyong City and Metro Manila routes; ability to navigate using maps and GPS.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to identify issues promptly.
- Strong time management, reliability, and punctuality; flexibility for shifts as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages; comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and safe lifting techniques.
- Good communication skills and a customer service orientation.
