Private Advertiser is hiring a motivated Warehouse Inventory In-Charge to support our growing operations in Mandaue City, Cebu. This role focuses on safeguarding stock accuracy, optimizing warehouse processes, and delivering reliable data to guide procurement and distribution decisions. You will be the anchor of our inventory control, ensuring that every item is accounted for from receipt to dispatch.
Key responsibilities include maintaining precise inventory records across multiple warehouse zones using our inventory management system, executing regular cycle counts, full physical counts, and investigating discrepancies with swift corrective actions. You will monitor stock levels to trigger timely replenishment, prevent stockouts, and minimize excess inventory while collaborating with receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping teams.
In addition, you will prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to operations leadership and procurement, helping teams make informed decisions about purchasing and distribution. You will assist with warehouse layout optimization, storage safety, and compliance with quality standards, while supporting audits and process-improvement initiatives.

Responsibility
- Maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouse locations using our inventory system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment requests to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Coordinate receiving, put-away, and picking activities with warehouse staff and logistics partners.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for operations leadership and procurement teams.
- Maintain organized storage layouts and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist with audit readiness and contribute to continuous improvement projects in warehouse processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues impacting inventory accuracy and delivery timelines.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehousing or inventory management is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Physical ability to lift and move items as needed and to work in warehouse conditions.
