You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our warehouse management system, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring proper stock rotation and cycle counts.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead and develop a small team of warehouse staff; schedule shifts; monitor performance; provide coaching.
- Ensure accurate inventory through regular cycle counts, reconciliation, and ERP/WMS data integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics to plan inbound/outbound shipments and optimize route and delivery times.
- Implement safety protocols, maintain clean and organized workspaces, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization; manage stock rotation FIFO/LIFO and aging stock control.
- Prepare operational reports, KPI tracking, and performance metrics; drive cost efficiencies and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with transportation partners to arrange timely outbound shipments and resolve issues promptly.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision; proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving processes, and ERP/WMS systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, occupational health, and warehouse best practices; commitment to safe operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis; ability to generate reports and use data to drive decisions.
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting, standing, and occasional forklift operation (certifications preferred).
- Flexible to work full-time in Lubao, Pampanga and adapt to changing priorities.
