Join a dynamic logistics team at Batzam Sales Distribution Corporation as a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor in Lubao, Pampanga. This role blends hands-on warehouse operations with strategic logistics management to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of goods to customers. You will lead daily activities, optimize inventory, and uphold safety and quality standards across all warehouse processes.
Your focus will be to oversee end-to-end movement, storage, and distribution of goods, while collaborating with procurement, sales, and transportation teams to meet service levels and costs targets. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and on-time dispatch.
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of warehouse staff; promote safety, productivity, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory control programs, cycle counts, and ERP/WMS data integrity to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation; optimize routing, carrier performance, and freight cost management.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety policies in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor KPIs (accuracy, speed, cost per order, stock availability) and prepare management reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics partners to forecast demand and improve order fulfillment.
- Lead process improvements in layout optimization, storage solutions, and workflow efficiency to maximize warehouse capacity.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a warehouse or logistics supervisor/manager, with 3+ years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills; capable of training and motivating a diverse team.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software; solid data analysis and MS Office skills.
- Deep knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and demand forecasting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities with a proactive attitude.
