As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in receiving, storing, and dispatching automotive spare parts for our growing network of customers and partners. You will partner with inventory control, warehousing, and transportation teams to ensure parts are available when needed, correctly labeled, and ready for shipment. Responsibility
- Receive and verify inbound stock, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Pick and pack orders according to pick lists and customer specifications.
- Maintain organized storage with clear labeling, shelving, and stock rotation.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Update inventory records in the ERP/WMS system and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare shipments, coordinate with transport partners, and schedule dispatches.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness, follow standard operating procedures, and report any discrepancies.
- Support warehouse staff and other departments to maintain smooth workflow during peak periods.
Qualification
- Minimum secondary education (SPM) or equivalent; practical warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
- 1 year or more of warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy with experience in ERP/WMS or inventory systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move stock; comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay; proactive and safety-conscious.
