Responsibility
- Receive and verify inbound stock, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Pick and pack orders according to pick lists and customer specifications.
- Maintain organized storage with clear labeling, shelving, and stock rotation.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Update inventory records in the ERP/WMS system and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare shipments, coordinate with transport partners, and schedule dispatches.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness, follow standard operating procedures, and report any discrepancies.
- Support warehouse staff and other departments to maintain smooth workflow during peak periods.
Qualification
- Minimum secondary education (SPM) or equivalent; practical warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
- 1 year or more of warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy with experience in ERP/WMS or inventory systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move stock; comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay; proactive and safety-conscious.
