Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping processes.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to achieve productivity goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
- Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve operational challenges and proactively implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports tracking key metrics and resource allocation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
- Proven ability to lead high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
