Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and sort goods according to packing requirements and order specifications.
- Assemble and securely pack items for shipping, ensuring contents are protected during transit.
- Label packages accurately and document items in the warehouse system for traceability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area compliant with safety policies.
- Assist with inventory counts, bin location updates, and stock reconciliation.
- Support loading/unloading activities and prepare shipments for dispatch with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with warehouse teammates to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or packing experience is a plus.
- Strong manual dexterity and good physical stamina (able to lift and move items as required).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Good time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and measurement skills for correct item quantities and packaging.
- Team player with reliable work ethic and safety-conscious mindset.
