As a member of the warehouse crew, you will participate in receiving, putaway, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment processes. You will log activities in our warehouse management system, communicate with the logistics team to resolve discrepancies, and help keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines. This role offers a clear path to growth within warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain coordination while contributing to the efficiency and reliability our customers expect.
Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments; verify quantities and condition against purchase orders.
- Store goods securely and organize warehouse space to optimize picking efficiency and accessibility.
- Prepare outbound orders by picking, packing, labeling, and staging for dispatch in a timely, accurate manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records; perform cycle counts and update stock in the warehouse management system.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely as trained, including pallet jacks and manual handling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by following health and safety guidelines and 5S principles.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure on time delivery and effective returns handling.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehousing or logistics is a plus.
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting and standing for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 kg as needed.
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems or RF scanning is a plus.
