InfiniVAN is seeking a motivated Warehouse Staff to join our growing logistics team in Lipa City, Batangas. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who understand the importance of accuracy, safety, and timely operations in a busy warehouse environment.
As a Warehouse Staff, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and dispatching goods, maintaining stock integrity, and supporting order fulfillment. You will operate in a safety-conscious setting with training on standard operating procedures, PPE usage, and equipment handling.
Key duties include:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, inspect quantities and quality, and log data into the inventory system.
- Store goods safely, label and bin items, and maintain accurate stock locations.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using our ERP/WMS, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare orders for shipment, package, label, and stage items for dispatch to customers or other facilities.
- Support quality control by checking packaging integrity and ensuring proper documentation for shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following established safety protocols.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to schedule deliveries and pickups, ensuring on-time operations.

Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of warehousing/inventory experience preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory software/ERP/WMS; basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; comfortable with routine physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good math skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment; reliable and punctual.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols; forklift certification is a plus but not required.
