PerkinElmer is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and optimize our warehouse operations in Boon Lay, West Region, Singapore. This role combines leadership, hands-on operations, and continuous improvement to ensure accurate inventory, safe processes, and timely order fulfillment.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, while coaching a high-performing team. You will partner with procurement, production, and logistics to maintain seamless supply chain flow and data integrity in our warehouse management system.

Responsibility

  • Lead daily warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping) to meet service levels and quality standards.
  • Supervise and develop a team of warehouse associates; schedule shifts, monitor attendance, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and system updates in the ERP/WMS; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Enforce safety, health, and environmental policies; conduct regular safety training and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, internal customers, and production schedules to optimize on-time delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve accuracy and speed of order fulfillment.
  • Generate and analyze key metrics (KPIs) such as on-time shipments, inventory accuracy, and productivity; prepare reports for management.

Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operations experience with demonstrated supervision or team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, WMS/ERP systems, and data accuracy practices.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills; able to work cross-functionally with procurement, production, and distribution teams.
  • Commitment to safety and quality; familiarity with GMP/ISO guidelines is a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic analytics and reporting; ability to interpret data to drive improvements.
  • Forklift certification is preferred; valid forklift license may be required depending on site policy.
