Join Sanitary Care Products Asia as a Warehouse Supervisor in Bagumbayan, Taguig. This role is responsible for managing, leading and holding the team accountable to high standards of customer service. In a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment, you will drive efficient warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and quality across all distribution activities. You will partner with procurement, sales, and logistics to meet service levels and respond quickly to changing demand while maintaining a safe, compliant working environment.
As a key member of the logistics team, you will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes, while supervising warehouse staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. You will implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), manage cycle counts, and maintain accurate data in the WMS/ERP system. Your leadership will focus on continuous improvement, optimizing storage layouts, reducing bottlenecks, and enhancing overall throughput without compromising quality or safety. Regular KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and problem-solving will be essential to sustaining high service levels.
You will also mentor and develop the warehouse team, conduct safety briefings, trainings, and audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Lead and coach a team of warehouse staff; manage attendance, performance, development, and safety compliance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, perpetual inventory, and audits; maintain data integrity in WMS/ERP systems.
- Implement SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives; optimize layout, storage, and processes for efficiency and throughput.
- Ensure on-time order fulfillment and adherence to service levels; coordinate with procurement, sales, and distribution to meet SLAs.
- Manage inbound/outbound documentation, labeling, invoicing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Enforce safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, training, and incident reporting; maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., accuracy, productivity, order cycle time) and prepare regular performance reports to management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP (SAP/Oracle or similar), and inventory control processes.
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills; ability to coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; physical capability to perform warehouse tasks; forklift certification is a plus.
