Shopee is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the hub operations and manpower arrangement at the Last Mile SPX Express in Beaufort, Sabah. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the hub operates at an optimal state by managing drivers, riders, and sorters efficiently.
Responsibility
- Supervise hub operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Manage manpower arrangement for drivers, riders, and sorters
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Implement and enforce safety procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize processes
Qualification
- Previous experience in warehouse management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
