Search Personnel is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee packing operations, inventory management, stock checks, quality control, and ERP/WMS updates. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Responsibility
- Supervise packers and ensure efficient packing processes
- Implement packaging Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Manage quality control variances and implement corrective actions
- Update ERP/WMS systems with inventory information
Qualification
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or related role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
