Trade Mate Distribution Inc. is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Team Leader to join our distribution operation in Guiguinto, Bulacan. This leadership role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse flow, accurate inventory, and timely order processing that meets the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate combines hands-on operations with strategic thinking, a commitment to safety, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
In this role, you will supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. You will coach and motivate a team of warehouse associates, assign tasks, monitor performance, and drive a culture of accountability. You will coordinate staffing and shift coverage to balance workloads while maintaining a safe and productive environment.
You will implement and enforce inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy, including regular cycle counts and efficient handling of returns. You will ensure all shipments are accurately prepared and documented, and that carrier pickups and deliveries occur on schedule. You will partner with procurement, sales, and customer service to resolve issues, optimize processes, and improve service levels. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, warehouse utilization, and productivity, taking proactive steps to meet or exceed targets. You will promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with 5S principles, housekeeping standards, and safety protocols.

Responsibility
- Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coach, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Plan staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage to balance workloads and maximize productivity.
- Oversee inventory control processes, conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure precise order documentation and coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries with logistics partners.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service to resolve issues and improve service levels.
- Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, on-time shipments, productivity, inventory turns) and implement improvements as needed.
- Uphold safety and quality standards by enforcing 5S, housekeeping, and safety protocols across the warehouse.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership within distribution or manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse warehouse team.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP; proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of inventory control methods (cycle counts, FIFO/LIFO, stock replenishment) and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; data-driven mindset.
- Commitment to safety and a solid grasp of 5S principles and applicable regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
- High school diploma required; bachelorβs degree preferred but not mandatory.
