Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and record inbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with attention to detail
- Operate forklift and pallet jack following safety protocols and company guidelines
- Maintain accurate inventory using our warehouse management system and perform cycle counts
- Label, package, and document shipments in compliance with carrier requirements
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S principles
- Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and inventory teams to meet service levels
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification preferred
- 1 to 3 years of warehousing or distribution experience
- Proficiency with WMS and RF scanning technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good problem solving skills
- Team oriented with strong communication and time management abilities
