Responsibility
- Identify client financial objectives and wealth protection needs through discovery conversations and risk assessments.
- Recommend and present AXA protection products and wealth protection solutions tailored to each client.
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and claims processes in clear, client-friendly terms.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure accurate policy issuance, underwriting, and timely enrollment.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity targets while upholding compliance standards.
- Provide ongoing policy reviews and lifecycle planning to adapt to changing client needs.
- Maintain detailed client records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Willingness to obtain or maintain relevant licenses for financial advising and insurance sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proven track record in sales, financial services, or insurance with a consultative approach.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and financial planning software.
- Fluent in English; proficient in Filipino preferred for client interaction in the local market.
