Responsibility
- Oversee daily cash management, including monitoring cash positions and forecasting liquidity needs.
- Manage banking operations, including handling deposits, payments, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate collections, disbursements, and cash settlements across various business units.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards related to treasury operations.
- Coordinate closely with finance, accounting, and other departments for seamless transaction flows and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze cash flow reports, highlighting trends and providing actionable insights to management.
- Implement process improvements to optimize treasury functions and minimize financial risks.
- Support treasury-related projects and contribute to the development of policies and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in treasury, banking, or financial operations, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Well-versed in MS Office applications; experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for team collaboration and external liaison.
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to confidentiality in handling financial information.
- Knowledge of local banking regulations and treasury compliance standards is preferred.
