Join BCA Finance as a Field Account Consultant for a Denpasar placement. You will act as a trusted advisor to borrowers, offering viable repayment options, collecting past-due payments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As a Field Account Consultant, you will contribute to the company’s credit recovery goals by engaging delinquent customers, assessing financial situations, and coordinating with branches to implement action plans that protect both the customer and the organization. Responsibility
- Conduct proactive field visits to delinquent accounts to assess status and collect information.
- Engage customers with empathy to negotiate feasible repayment plans while preserving positive relationships.
- Collaborate with branches and collections units to implement action plans and monitor progress.
- Document visits, payment arrangements, and account statuses accurately in the CRM system.
- Analyze account data to identify risk indicators and prioritize recovery efforts.
- Meet regional recovery targets while maintaining compliance with laws and company policies.
- Provide timely reports and feedback to management on portfolio performance and customer trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and regulatory requirements affecting collections.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of field collection, credit risk, or financial services experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Bali for field visits.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems; comfortable with data entry and reporting.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Strong ethics, compliance mindset, and attention to privacy and regulatory requirements.
