BruntWork is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will manage branding assets, coordinate advertising campaigns, and ensure the smooth execution of marketing projects for clients across the US market. This is a full-time, work-from-home position that offers permanent WFH, comprehensive health insurance, and alignment with US business hours to support cross-border collaboration.
As a member of our Marketing & Communications team, you will partner with designers, copywriters, data analysts, and campaign managers to deliver high-impact initiatives that build brand awareness and drive demand. You will own project calendars, maintain asset libraries, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines. You will also oversee campaign setup, performance tracking, budgeting, and vendor coordination to keep initiatives on time and on budget.
You will monitor metrics across channels, create clear reporting dashboards, and translate insights into action items that optimize future campaigns. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying in sync with a US-timezone workflow.

Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, paid media) to meet client goals.
- Oversee branding assets, brand guidelines, and creative approvals to ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage advertising operations, ad copy review, A/B testing, and campaign optimization for performance.
- Maintain the marketing calendar, timelines, and project trackers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and PMs to ensure assets are production-ready.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards; analyze data to drive optimization.
- Coordinate cross-functional briefs with Sales, Product, and Agency partners.
- Support international clients, ensuring timely communication aligned with US business hours.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or project management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and ad platforms (Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into actionable steps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Willingness to work US hours to coordinate with North American teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative.
