BruntWork is seeking a results-driven WFH Meta & LinkedIn Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This fully remote role is ideal for a hands-on paid social specialist who can own end-to-end campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn, consistently driving ROAS and lead quality while delivering clear, data-backed insights. You will work on a fixed EST schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and enjoy permanent remote work with comprehensive benefits, including HMO.

Responsibility
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn ad campaigns to achieve target ROAS, CPA, and lead quality.
- Manage monthly budgets, bid strategies, pacing, and allocation across platforms to maximize efficiency.
- Develop audience segments, craft compelling ad copy and creative briefs, and coordinate with design teams for high-converting creatives.
- Execute ongoing A/B tests for creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and landing pages; implement learnings to improve performance.
- Set up and maintain accurate tracking (Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, UTM parameters) and ensure proper attribution across channels.
- Monitor dashboards, generate weekly/monthly performance reports, and translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align paid social strategies with demand generation and pipeline goals.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, policy changes, and industry best practices to sustain compliant and effective campaigns.
Qualification
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads with a proven ROAS/ROI track record.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools; advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
- Experience with pixel implementation, event tracking, and UTM tagging to measure cross-channel performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to summarize complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a remote, EST-aligned schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong collaboration and project-management skills with attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver mentality.
- Familiarity with demand generation concepts and a customer-centric mindset focused on driving pipeline results.
