- Maintain Workforce Management (WFM) systems
- Ensure data integrity in WFM systems
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend optimization strategies
- Develop workforce forecasts and schedules to meet service level goals
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience in workforce planning or analysis
- Proficiency in WFM systems and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
