Responsibility
- Develop and maintain workforce schedules to meet service level targets
- Monitor real-time adherence to schedules and adjust as needed
- Analyze historical data to forecast staffing needs and recommend hiring or scheduling adjustments
- Collaborate with HR and training teams to onboard and train new hires
- Implement strategies to optimize workforce productivity and efficiency
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in workforce management or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in workforce management software is a plus
