We are currently seeking a dedicated Workshop Administrator to join our team at Ideals Recruitment in the West Region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative tasks related to our workshops and ensuring their smooth operation.
Responsibility
- Coordinate workshop logistics and schedules.
- Manage workshop registrations and attendee communication.
- Prepare materials and resources for workshops.
- Collaborate with facilitators and speakers to ensure a successful workshop experience.
- Track and report on workshop attendance and feedback.
Qualification
- Prior experience in administration or event coordination.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
