Responsibility
- Lead and manage interdisciplinary research projects from concept to publication.
- Design experiments, develop protocols, and oversee data collection and quality control.
- Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods and modern software (R, Python, MATLAB).
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to translate research into actionable insights.
- Mentor graduate students and junior researchers; supervise research assistants.
- Prepare manuscripts, grant proposals, and presentations for conferences.
- Ensure compliant research practices and ethical standards across all activities.
Qualification
- PhD in a relevant field (or equivalent demonstrated research experience).
- Strong track record of independent research, evidenced by publications and conference presentations.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages (R, Python, MATLAB or similar).
- Experience with grant writing and project management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across disciplines.
- Experience supervising students or junior staff is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a dynamic academic environment.
