Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the NSW Australian Curriculum for multiple year levels.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and families.
- Create an inclusive, safe, and positive classroom environment that supports social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design integrated units and school-wide improvements.
- Utilize technology to enhance learning and assessment.
- Engage with parents and caregivers to communicate progress and celebrate achievements.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the school community.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Education or an equivalent teaching qualification recognized in NSW.
- Current registration or eligible for registration with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
- Demonstrated ability to manage a dynamic classroom and implement inclusive practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and staff.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Commitment to child safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools and ICT to enhance teaching and learning.
