BrightPath Learning is seeking a passionate Education Content Developer to craft engaging, standards-aligned curricula and learning experiences for diverse students. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and teachers to transform learning goals into high-quality materials for K-12 and higher education programs.
In this role, you will contribute to digital content, assessments, and multimedia resources that support inclusive learning and measurable outcomes.
Responsibility
- Design and develop engaging, standards-aligned curricula and assessments for multiple grade levels and subjects.
- Collaborate with teachers and SMEs to translate pedagogy into practical learning experiences.
- Create and curate digital learning resources, including videos, interactive activities, and simulations.
- Review and revise content for accessibility, inclusivity, and quality.
- Align materials with learning outcomes and assessment criteria; implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Utilize LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Moodle) to publish and track content usage and effectiveness.
- Analyze learner data to inform content improvements and demonstrate impact.
- Stay current with educational standards, pedagogy trends, and technology-enabled learning.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or education content creation.
- Strong understanding of K-12 or higher education standards and assessment design.
- Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle).
- Experience creating accessible, inclusive learning materials (WCAG 2.1, Section 508).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex concepts into clear content.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio or samples demonstrating instructional design and content development excellence.
