Responsibility
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services using compelling sales techniques
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems
Qualification
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
