Responsibility
- Develop and manage a proactive sales pipeline targeting mid-market and enterprise prospects in Austin and surrounding regions.
- Conduct insightful discovery calls, qualify needs, and uncover business pains to position NexaTech solutions effectively.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored proposals that address client objectives.
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to achieve quarterly and yearly quotas.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast opportunities, and track key metrics to help steer strategy.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and partner activities to generate new opportunities.
Qualification
- 3+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tooling; strong data-driven approach.
- Strong time management, organization, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% per quarter as needed.
