Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a proactive sales pipeline targeting mid-market and enterprise prospects in Austin and surrounding regions.
  • Conduct insightful discovery calls, qualify needs, and uncover business pains to position NexaTech solutions effectively.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored proposals that address client objectives.
  • Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to achieve quarterly and yearly quotas.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast opportunities, and track key metrics to help steer strategy.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and partner activities to generate new opportunities.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tooling; strong data-driven approach.
  • Strong time management, organization, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% per quarter as needed.
