NovaBridge Solutions is seeking a Senior Negotiation Specialist to lead high-stakes discussions with vendors and customers, shaping terms that protect margins and deliver value. Based in New York, you will partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to craft win-win agreements that accelerate growth and minimize risk.
As a key driver of commercial strategy, you will translate business objectives into practical negotiation playbooks, run scenarios, and guide cross-functional teams through complex contracting cycles.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end negotiation processes for complex deals, from scoping to final agreement.
- Develop win-win terms balanced for customer value and company profitability.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Sales to draft and review contracts and SLAs.
- Prepare negotiation playbooks, pricing strategies, and scenario analyses.
- Advise senior leadership on risk, concessions, and alternative options.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and strategic partners.
- Train and coach cross-functional teams on negotiation techniques.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in negotiation, procurement, partnerships, or sales with a proven track record.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model concessions and impact on margin.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with contract law basics and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in CRM and contract management tools; advanced Excel.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
