At Summit Nexus Global, we seek a results-driven Senior Negotiation Specialist to lead complex deal negotiations across enterprise accounts and strategic vendors. You will partner with Sales, Legal, and Procurement to craft win-win outcomes that protect the company's interests while delivering exceptional value to clients.
This role blends strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, and exceptional communication. You will design negotiation strategies, prepare offers, and coach teams on negotiation best practices. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end negotiations for high-value deals with enterprise clients and key suppliers.
- Develop and implement negotiation playbooks, pricing strategies, and contract terms that balance risk and value.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to align interests and close deals on time.
- Prepare compelling proposals and leverage data-driven insights to negotiate optimal outcomes.
- Mentor and train cross-functional teams on negotiation techniques and objection handling.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across departments.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct post-deal reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualification
- 5+ years of progressive experience in negotiation, enterprise sales, procurement, or contract management.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or JD preferred.
- Proven track record closing complex, high-value B2B deals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.
- Negotiation certifications or formal training (e.g., CNE, Harvard Negotiation Project).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and contract management tools; willingness to travel up to 20%.
