Join NovaBridge Technologies as a Senior Account Executive and lead the charge in closing strategic SaaS deals in the New York market. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on mid-market and enterprise accounts. This role offers a clear path to leadership and a best-in-class comp plan.
About the role
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities in the NYC territory.
- Identify and qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls, and map client needs to our SaaS solutions.
- Lead personalized product demonstrations and respond to RFPs with compelling value propositions.
- Collaborate with marketing to influence messaging and demand generation.
- Partner with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Legal to craft winning strategies.
- Negotiate terms, price, and contract elements to maximize value for both client and company.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast accurately, and achieve quarterly and annual quotas.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature for assigned territory.
- Identify target accounts, build a strategic plan, and develop a robust pipeline.
- Conduct discovery, qualify opportunities, and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Deliver compelling product demos and ROI-focused presentations to executives.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to maximize win rate.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast accurately, and report weekly on pipeline health.
Qualification
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, with a proven quota attainment.
- Strong hunting and farming mindset with a history of closing mid-market to enterprise deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and sales analytics tools.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; technology background preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple opportunities.
- Existing network within NYC enterprise accounts is a plus.
