We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will partner with marketing and customer success to grow our customer base and drive long-term value for our clients.

Responsibility
- Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound channels to build a robust pipeline.
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline metrics in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and create compelling collateral.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and value-led ROI narratives for diverse buyers.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across organizations.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with a customer-first mindset while protecting company margin.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and expansion opportunities.
Qualification
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience with a proven quota attainment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle and accurate forecasting.
- Strong discovery, needs analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and collaborative with a growth mindset.
