Responsibility

  • Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound channels to build a robust pipeline.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline metrics in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and create compelling collateral.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience with a proven quota attainment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle and accurate forecasting.
  • Strong discovery, needs analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
