Responsibility
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for a defined set of strategic accounts.
- Qualify inbound inquiries and conduct discovery calls to uncover business needs and value drivers.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored proposals to executives and decision makers.
- Develop and execute robust account plans with monthly and quarterly targets to hit quota.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to craft messaging and ensure a seamless buyer journey.
- Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and close deals while maintaining accurate CRM data.
- Forecast accurately, report progress, and iterate on strategies to improve win rates.
Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers and a consultative selling approach.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong proficiency with CRM and sales tools (experience with Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
