Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet targets for ISP services in Bandung and surrounding areas.
  • Identify and engage new business prospects, including SMEs and enterprise clients, to promote ISP solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract signing, including proposal development and presentations.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure successful implementation.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics; maintain up-to-date records in CRM.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, pricing, and service level agreements to close deals in a timely manner.
  • Represent Prima Group at industry events and client meetings; stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom/ISP or technology services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in English and Indonesian; local language benefits.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Ability to travel within Bandung area as needed; self-motivated, results-driven, and analytical thinker.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure concepts and SME networking needs (MPLS, bandwidth, SLA).
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
