NovaTech Solutions is a fast-growing software company delivering innovative enterprise solutions to leading organizations worldwide. We’re seeking a high-energy Account Executive to drive new business, own the sales cycle, and help clients achieve measurable ROI.
In this role, you’ll partner with prospects to understand their needs, articulate value, and close impactful deals that accelerate digital transformation.
Responsibility
- Prospect and build a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts in the US market.
- Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and persuasive product demos.
- Develop tailored proposals and ROI business cases to secure executive buy-in.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to close deals and expand relationships.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual commitments while maintaining healthy margins.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets with a focus on long-term value.
- Maintain accurate activity and forecast in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, tech, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales with a proven quota attainment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling to C-suite and IT stakeholders; ability to articulate ROI.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
