NovaCloud Technologies is redefining how enterprises modernize their data infrastructure. We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team in San Francisco. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing strategic deals with enterprise customers in the US market.
In this role you will partner with cross functional teams, articulate the value of our SaaS platform, and drive revenue growth by expanding our enterprise footprint. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver measurable outcomes for our customers and for NovaCloud.
Responsibility
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from discovery to close for enterprise accounts in the US market.
- Develop tailored solution proposals and articulate business value for C-level and IT stakeholders.
- Lead compelling product demonstrations and executive-level communications.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with procurement and senior decision makers.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to accelerate deal velocity and expansion opportunities.
- Accurately forecast revenue, track key metrics, and maintain CRM hygiene (preferably Salesforce).
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay ahead of competitive landscape to win strategic deals.
Qualification
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; 5+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing multi-seat deals.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to engage at C-suite level.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% as needed.
